Fees
At Metanoia Psychological Services we pride ourselves on ensuring that mental health support is accessible to all those who need it.

Fees will vary in accordance with the clinical service that is provided.
We offer packaged pricing services. To find out more information contact us and we will be happy to discuss this further.

All private insurance companies cover our psychological services. It must be noted however that the amount covered will differ dependent on the insurance company.

Following your clinical service an invoice will be provided. Your insurance company will be billed and you will be asked to pay the remainder. Online bank transfer are preferred but cash is optional.

Cancellation Policy
It is recommended that regular attendance will provide you the opportunity to get the most out of your clinical sessions.
We understand however that unexpected events occur that may require you to cancel your session. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24-hour notice to allow for the potential other clients to obtain your appointment.
In the event that you are not to provide 24-hour notice, 50% of your session cost will be charged, which is not covered by your insurance company.
