Our Workshops

In a social climate where our lives are increasingly consumed by digital devices, it is imperative that we take time to understand how these technologies impact the developing minds of young people.
Screens, Self-Control, and Growing Minds is a three-hour workshop designed for parents, caregivers, and teachers to deepen their understanding of brain development and cognitive skills. It also explores how emotions are formed and influenced by digital device usage. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their own digital habits and develop practical tools to thrive in today’s tech-driven world.
