Our one-to-one sessions will allow individuals to work through their trauma in a way that works best for them. An integrated therapeutic approach will be utilized; incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

We offer a range of clinical workshops for other professionals and parents. We are open to creating specialized workshops for the needs of our clients.

Psychological Risk Assessments
We offer psychological risk assessment reports which may be beneficial for persons who are involved in the legal system, seeking to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the risk needs prior to sentencing; or for those who are eligible for parole.
